It’s important for the practitioners to understand that the actual action/result and development of this practice takes place not during the sessions, but during the next few months after the practice has ended, as the change unfolds within our everyday lives. “Conscious Living” live practice is held both in Bulgaria and abroad. The main locations are Bankya (Sofia), Sicily (Italy), Copenhagen (Denmark), France, Spain or other locations in Europe, upon demand. The course is both theoretical and practical.
The practitioners describe “Conscious Living” is like reading a book or watching a movie. It helps reach a depth that is unattainable in other practices – we reach all the way to our authentic essence of God-men. Through the film frames and book pages, we understand a lot about the stages we have gone through, the deep, dark, light, hidden and tiny pieces of our ‘WHOLE’ are seen. We see parts that we have been hiding for years, from the others, but mostly from ourselves.

We become aware what could be improved in our own life.

The practitioners say that this is a non-comparative experience in which in an informal atmosphere, the practice runs with full force. None of the participants, even Milena herself, has exact scenarios for the practice. They just know the location, which will be visited. These are usually high energy sites in Bulgaria and abroad. Past group practices have been held at some famous site in Bulgaria, such as the “Madara Horseman”, “Pobiti Kamani(The Stone Desert)”, “Tomb of Bastet”, “Mishkova Niva”, “Rupite”, “Reverend Stoyna”. A lot of the past group practices have also been held across the globe, such as Thassos (Greece), Konya (Turkey), Cappadocia (Turkey), Syracuse (Sicily), Albi (France), Romania, Ireland, Mexico, Egypt, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Angola, Spain, England and others.

The visiting of these special sites, monuments and communities, helps with each participant’s processes in personal, professional, health, emotional and spiritual terms. The practice consists of various discussions on topics concerning both each individual in the group and for everyone as ONE WHOLE. The group involves in lectures, meditations and transforms through the joy of revealing yourself and evolve in every moment, every hour. The practice’s specificity is the unoccupied space of its occurrence (outdoors), which provides entertainment and training in the same time. With the participation of several people, Milena explains things that concern everyone present at the same time and everyone individually. It is thus much easier to understand deep problems related to our human being, to support the materialization of the professional development, the relationships and the families of the participants, and to highlight the basic situations in which each participant is at the time of the live practice.

The distinctive feature of the “Conscious Living” practice is that through the interaction with physical matter – food, water, people, places, songs, dances and movies, participants are placed in situations where they can clearly see their own ‘frowning’ problem, something they are ‘scraping’ through and they have not found the reason. The practitioner is made to easily see the things he does in his everyday life on the move – Milena illuminates them while you converse together and everything that happens, everyone they meet and every place they see, assist the practitioner to see who they are in their real day-to-day life, and if he decides – to transform the way actions and events affect them.

It is required for anyone who wants to attend a “Conscious Living” live practice with Milena Maat, to firstly book an individual session with her. There,  you and Milena will clarify your readiness and the parameters of the live practice. There are steps/levels that would need to be passed before the practice itself can happen. Some people accomplish them in advance, but this is decided individually for each person during the individual session. Be prepared for the chance of refusal or postponment of your course.

After you have identified and clarified all the required details with Milena Maat, you would be able to book the date for your live practice experience. You will need to then take care of the accomodation and travel bookings that you will require, depending on the chosen destination. Mostly, when not held in Bankya – Sofia, the Conscious Living course could be performed anywhere around Europe. Please note that all expenses for accomodation, transportation and meals would need to be covered by yourself.

During the sessions

Surely, you would already know if this would be an individual or a group experience. In every case, the active live practical work with Milena will start around 10 AM and will end in the evening, around 10 PM (*could vary).
If the chosen practice mode is within a group, then you could expect some additional information and details about the organized transportation and accomodation to be announced through the official Milena Maat social channels and also here on the website.

With Your Partner and Children

The practice is suitable for people who are willing to discover more of themselves and enter deeply and responsibly into what they are.  It is also recommended for couples, whether they have a specific problem at the moment or just need to ‘awaken’ their relationship. This Conscious living practice is also offered in a format for the whole family – you can attend the practice together with your partner in life and your children. It lasts for half or one whole day according to your agreement with Milena Maat. It is appropriate for the overall harmony of your family. The active participation of all members of your family helps for faster transformation, convergence, and teaches everyone to work together in partnership and love. This practice helps your family become stronger, more harmonious and more cohesive.

Within A Group

The group practice consists of various discussions on topics concerning both each individual in the group and for everyone as ONE WHOLE. The group involves in lectures, meditations and transforms through the joy of revealing yourself and evolve in every moment, every hour.
